Change Log:

- Added a background above water to make it less bland

-Added a few new particles to give some things  pizzazz  (queue the Jazz Hands)

-Added basic settings for window mode and resolution (only for Windowed Mode) 

I could not make resolution for fullscreen work correctly so windowed mode now defaults to 1280x720 so it isn't microscopic.
